Pros

Cold chills with a daily migraine. After less than a month using estroven my hot flashes are significantly reduced and the accompanying anxious feeling is completely gone.

Best product i have ever used fir hot flashes.

I have been using this for the past year and it has helped my hot flashes tremendously

After less than a month using estroven my hot flashes are significantly reduced and the accompanying anxious feeling is completely gone.

It took about 3 weeks to completely kick in and i have been sleeping through the night for the last 2 months.

Price

It is expensive unless you buy in bulk which i did, but it helps!

I do recommend on of those ice rollers you can get on here for $7 or so.
