Pros

This is my first experience with full on menopause symptoms. And the last thing i want is to sweat all day while my older people are freezing" black cohosh is the ingredient i respond to and why this works for me.

Amazon offers them at the same price as walmart, and the free shipping is a plus. The fact that they'll accept my flex spending account card is definitely a bonus.

Cons

The packaging conceals the expiration date. I wish i knew which ingredient caused this reaction! I also don’t like that soy is a big ingredient. Soy is not good for the body, especially gmo soy.
