Pros

The pill caplet is much larger but i think it's easier to *. I take these at night, along with nyquil cool nights(link at end of review), and they are helping! Adding in estroven has given my metabolism a boost.

Cons

I'm gluten sensitive but this has soy. Developed intense headache and nausea, then actually threw up.

Don't buy, may end up costing you more than the $17 bucks. It is kind of pricey.
