Estroven reduces the cape of flame type hot flashes to it's a little warm in here, but combined with an increase in non-gmo soy. Use unsweetened, unflavoured soymilk half and half with milk in your cereal, smoothies or hot chocolate.
Cons
This product is not that great. Very disappointing. Don't buy. These pills are horrible.

There was no problem they were cheaper than most drug stores
It's just the only one they had at the shop where i got it (although i'll be getting it for $10 less at amazon from now on).
