Highlights
Quality
Love american made tools and estwing is no exception.
Moves metal fast and feels great in the hand.
The seller has since corrected that wrong description as the hammer says made in india on it.
Nothing against the good people of the country, but it's not exactly known for iso 9000 certified manufacturing.
Price
I had to give it a solid 4/5 because it is a nice hammer for the price.
I mean, an estwing at this price was a heck of a deal.
Competitiveness
You can pay less for a different brand, but you'll get less.

You will need to finish the hammer the way you like by dressing the striking surfaces and adjusting the handle easy enough and normal procedure imo
