Pros

The hatchet is more an axe than a hatchet and has enough mechanical advantage from both the length and weight of the head that it would also work fine chopping dry wood at a camp site. This camping axe is perfect, very well balanced and sturdy.

Packable and stong. It's lightweight and great for making kindling. It also rides really well on the side of my pack.

The work sharp blade sharpener takes about three minutes to sharpen into a razor. After using a sharpener it's back to being great. I can cut through salal and blackberries with almost as much ease as my machete.

Super dissapointed. Would not compensate having to drive 40 miles to ups to return. I'm so embarrassed that it was made in the usa.
