Pros
It is also handy around the camp site- as i even used it to split a little kindling when i first got it. I do like the machete and would like to try one that is not bent up haha!
Cons
The so-called machete is dull out of packaging. It is not forged still it is casted out of iron. It has a goofy design i dont like it at all.

I keep it on my saddle in the suppled scabbard as my trail riding machete.
Do not expect to receive a sharp blade out of the box, i noticed on arrival that bear grylls was the poster boy of the packaging.

On arrival it is a bit bent depending on how you hold and look at it from the blade edge it looks straight but from the sawtooth edge if you hold it and compare the angle it looks bent but the blade itself is not bent

It is a dull blade though it is meant for hacking with force
