Great product, use it daily for construction.
The hammer weight is coated and the fiberglass handle absorbs shock.
The head is attached to a fiberglass handle, and the two pieces seem like they should last forever.
Price
Great for the price so far has held up good to 3 months of shop use
They showed up exactly as advertised - and cheaper than my local stores here in hawaii.
I beat the hell out of a pricey piece of equipment at work and deformed it by accident.
Shipping
The shipping on a hammer is beyond what should ever be paid, it's a heavy item, so should be considered when having it mailed anywhere.
I specifically purchased this one because of the delivery time.
Competitiveness
The only down side is that recently, i was shopping at a lowes in my area, and found the exact same hammer for about half of the price.
I ordered other estwing items claiming american made, so i trusted the name estwing.
