Grip Comfort
Customers are highly satisfied with the comfort of the grip on Estwing Sure Strike Blacksmith's Hammer. They find it easy to control, lightweight, and comfortable for long periods of use. The fiberglass handle is a preferred choice over traditional steel handles due to its ease on elbows and wrists.
Durability
Customers highly praise the durability of this Estwing Sure Strike Blacksmith's Hammer. They have used it extensively for various heavy-duty tasks and report that it holds up well, with some even purchasing multiple hammers due to their satisfaction. The fiberglass handle and no-slip cushion grip are noted as contributing factors to its durability and shock absorption. However, a few customers have mentioned the potential issue of the fiberglass handle catching fire during use.
Build Quality
Customers have a very positive opinion about the build quality of this Estwing hammer. They praise its solid construction and quality feel, with some acknowledging that it is manufactured overseas but still meets their expectations.
Highlights
Quality
Perfect size, grip, weight, quality item that will last the rest of my life plus some.
The head is attached to the handle very tightly and securely and is coated so i believe it should last a long time.
It lasted about 5 months of mining and was used daily before the head started to slip.
Even though this particular hammer is made over seas, the quality seems to be there.
Price
Best priced one at the time i bought it for like $15.
As a mechanic this is the real deal!
Too bad i did not check this price compared to where i picked this one up.
Sure, it is not one of those super nice and expensive tools but it gets the job done at a very reasonable price.
Competitiveness
Many more expensive hammers have tapped out sooner than this one did.
