Pros

It prints smooth, almost zero stringing, fantastic layer adhesion, and has a sheen finish that is amazing! I print on glue stick and had zero issues getting this to stick at 65c.

The transparent gray filament is a bit more transparent than the product photos might suggest -- something to be aware of. My petg work nowadays comes out as nice as my pla if not better but it is much more durable and heat resistant.

Cons

This stuff is alarmingly brittle. The picture is of a manual extrusion, every indentation is a snap/crackle. It has bad consistency and is very prone to blowouts where the extruded filament just wont stick to itself.

Basically useless prints with nothing salvageable. When it prints, it prints decently, but it is spooled really badly. It's still a mediocre print at best.

This is worse than pla. I fill like i wasted my money buying two rolls of this useless material. What a waste of time and money.

Easily as quality as prusament petg at half the price.

Packaging/appearance

Its definitely one of the better new hard plastics!

This allows a nice separation from the buildplate.

Competitiveness

Prints well compared with other petg filaments i've tried.

I've never had a problem with esun filament.

I would use it for figurines too if i could but small details are just much more restricted due to petg stickiness.

I had tried another petg brand, but it was stringy and so had lots of failures.
