This profile is absolutely bulletproof. It’s also a very cheap upgrade. Go to youtube and watch 3dsos video on this filament and download his cura profile in the description.
Cons
Be very careful trying to trim brims. Insane amount of oozing from esun epa6-cf. It seems like there are a few "chunks" of carbon that are too large and get stuck in the nozzle.

I though initially that this filament sucks but after drying my print quality improved night and day.
Print quality is great if you dry out for several days!
These are not issues with the brand, but rather the material.

I normally swear by esun, but this has been an expensive waste of money.
I'm using a creality cr-10 v2 that's upgraded with a direct drive hemera equipped with a hardened steel 0.
Printed on a qidi ifast at 245, bed at 90.

I also slowed the print down to 30mmsec overall speed in cura

Just remember to dry it thoroughly turn the temp up and the speed down

For the raft keep the air gap down to 0

After the first print despite printing from an enclosure with a dryerbox set to 55c i have been plagued with everything from adhesion issues to having to descale my hotend to fix a clog
