Print Quality
Customers have mixed opinions about the print quality of eSUN ABS+ Filament. While most report excellent results, a smaller group encountered issues such as warping or filament tangling on the spool. Overall, customers appreciate its ease of use and matte finish, but some find it less reliable than other filaments for complex prints.
Layer Adhesion
Customers have mixed opinions regarding layer adhesion with eSUN ABS Plus filament. While some report excellent results and improved surface quality, others struggle with poor layer adhesion and separation issues.
Bed Adhesion
Customers have reported mixed experiences with the bed adhesion of eSUN ABS Filament. While some users have had success achieving good bed adhesion, others have encountered issues such as clumping and poor flow characteristics, resulting in parts that easily come apart or fail to feed through the extruder. Some users suggest a learning curve for achieving optimal bed temperature for better adhesion.
Highlights
Quality
Works great, no clogging, very minimal warping
Parts are sturdy, the matte looks amazing.
I had to adjust flow rate, needed more than typical abs or asa; once calibrated, it was perfect.
Smoth print and no layer adhesion issues.
Price
I've paid much more money for inferior filaments that were harder to print.
The smell was not that bad than other abs but maybe it was my ventilation i don’t know but good for price!
Shipping
Came in fast, works like abs should.
Competitiveness
With the matte black finish it came out even better than the pla part.
I've only used bambu abs before this and i think this is way better than theirs.
With abs, companies can vary the amount of a, b, and s in the material, so everyone's is a bit different.
It does not print as well as pla though.
