Pros & Cons
Pros
Very strong durable pla. This is quite secure. Great value for money. Strength is great also.
Cons
Go with eryone or matchbox or amazon3d. Existing filament was ruined due to moisture.
Pla minus is quite stringy (tested all print tempts in 2° increments from 205-225) and the spool is incredibly tangled. It's also very prone to stringing no matter how much i tweak printer settings.

Competitiveness
I've printed about 6 figures so far with this esun filament, and they've all gone well.
Using my new creality 3 pro and getting fantastic prints.
I've had multiple long prints fail this way, which reduces the value of esun filament.
Had to redo a bunch of my gcode files, because i had set them all up for 200 degrees, which is what creality filament extrudes at.
