Pros

The etekcity kitchen scale delivers spot-on measurements in both grams and ounces. It's a versatile tool that adapts to my culinary whims. Tare function allows me to zero out the weight of containers or previously measured ingredients.

Cons

This scale is terrible if you want accurate and/or reproducible measurements. If a scale can't be accurate to the gram in that range then it’s simply garbage. Jumps weights from positive to negative numbers.

Since i only use it for soaping i didn't know it was a dud until too late to return it. I am clueless who thinks this scale is great, i have to buy a new scale now.

It's frustrating to slowly add a bit to the scale and then it just jumps because they cheaped out on the sensors. There doesn't seems to be a way to reset it reliably. It constantly shows the “err” code, even when nothing has been placed on it.

This little etekcity digital scale has made "feeding" starter a snap in mornings.

I tried to use mine when i make matcha to weigh out 2g, but it isn't sensitive enough to recognize the fine powder, unfortunately.

The only thing i would improve or change is the carb tracking.

Price

Mine was on sale for a great, very reasonable price as well!

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extremely affordable, long lasting digital scale!

It's not expensive, it lived a good life, it's small and easy to clean.

It will look like you are exceeding your carb budget every day.
