Pros
Vesync is a great way to add alexa integration to normal devices. Wi-fi connectivity is extremely simple and the device setup is complete in a few minutes. Alexa integration works with no issues.
The vesync app is simple and elegant. Can monitor energy usage and set simple routines. The app also tracks and stores power consumption.
Cons
Reviewer says they work fine for 2 weeks and then stop responding until i unplug and leave unplugged for at least 1 hour. When i deleted and reconnected the plugs from the app, that the app forced a hardware update on every device. I have to crawl bac... Read More
Buyer beware. Called their customer service. Contacted again, but problems never got resolved. Seems this company/brand owns multiple etekcity, cosori, and levoit.

I have to tell you ive been using a different type of smart plug and not happy as they have been difficult to set up connect to wifi and i actually have three on my desk that no longer work

The annoying cant get two of them plugged into the same wall outlet with the button bump on the bottom

I also hate smart plugs that require you to give them your gps location during setup i guess thats what the fakegps app is good for
