Pros

The battery life(rechargable) lasts for hours. The heat element is wonderful and having the controls on the strap that hangs over the shoulder are easy to access. Yes, it's a bit big and a bit heavy, but it's also versatile.

I suffer from super tight shoulders and this has been a life saver. This massager does.

Sounds corny but true. It is awesome though. Don't hesitate. Lol one of the perks.

Cons

The product description says free returns. No longer charging or turning on. We contacted amazon to see if they can help us.

It broke down less than a year and after some arguing back and forth the company replaced it with the same model

Without the cover, the massager is painful and can wrap up hair and shirt straps.

This is worth the money, i have a fused vertebrae and ankylosing spondylitis and ra - this is a god send.

For the price (about the cost of a couple of commercial neck masages) it's certainly worth trying it out to see if it works for you.
