Pros
Works great to relieve sore neck or shoulders. I am a regular at my rmt office; however, when i am not able to go and have back pain, this is my go to. My only complain is the strap too short…i am unable to strap around the chair.
Just move it into position and enjoy a personalized backrub. It’s not bulky so it can be easily stored. Only downside is, it is hard to put in place.
The package is nice and presentable already. An intense massage. One day delivery and nicely packed.
It's lighter than other massagers and delivers a great massage. The machine is louder than my old one but for an extra 4 nods it's worth it.
Cons
Tried a few outlets and checked the corn with no luck. Needs stronger motors. This machine randomly twists them. And the massage balls keep stopping and re-starting in the opposite direction which is extremely annoying.

The only drawback of this item is the pillowcase cover does not fit at all for the messages it seems to be a bit to small definitely needs to be remade a bit bigger

Using this unit for lower back pain was just not very good because of the firmness of the message orbs

I found that when using it while sitting on a couch the messaging orbs would be painful on the spine if you shifted your weight a little
