I know it looks like glass but pictures do not do it justice

The packaging was very nice and professional the scale was protected on all corners wrapped in plastic and had a thin sheet of plastic on the top

To program the scale has to be off and you have to press the set button to go through programming

Once i got that far it was all pretty intuitive until i had to finalize the programming

At this point you are supposed to push the up and down arrows at the same time but that never seemed to work for me letting it time out does however lock in the programming
