Started out blinking on and off

It would briefly blink and then i noticed the batteries were dying and the display read the word lo after only a couple days was going to return it the company reached out didnt require me to return the malfunctioning scale quickly sent me a new scale

Previous scales that i have owned always kept the memory of the last weight and you would have to hold something heavy weigh yourself and then weigh yourself without the heavy item to get it to reset
