A total bust. It is not accurate whatsoever. It keeps going down or up. There's no excuse for a scale being off this much that's intended to weigh food by the ounces!

The scale will start at zero even with the weight of the bowl on it, which is what you want for a true weight.

The one point to be aware, if weighing product in a large container, the scale gets hidden.

I am amazed at the price and the amazing functions on this device!

This is a very nice and inexpensive kitchen scale.
