I thought it was going to bother me as wearing baseball caps that are a little tight and glasses that press on the side of my head give me headaches but this chin strap does not

The only thing to note about the chinstrap is that the directions for use that come in the package are inaccurate

The directions mention that you need to tie the wider tie on the top of the head and the narrower tie is to be placed on the back of the head
