So if you are 2 feet away trying to measure something that is 1 inch in diameter you will be also measuring an inch of the surrounding area so it will mess up your reading

Settings laser on or off note that it relies on infrared to measure the actual temp light on or offthis device is not always perfectly accurate but as you can see in my video its pretty darn close 99 of the time
