Very pleased with this purchase. It seems to read accurately. It works instantly and accurately which should help with anyone's griddle game.
Cons
An immersion thermometer is tougher to use in wax, but much more accurate for internal temp. Emissivity (ems) was set to 0. C. Shoot boiling water, shows 180 degrees.
Even pos smartpro st49 works better than this *. Product isnt remotly accurate. Not accurate at all purchased 2.

If your gun on start up starts at al then flips to ah and wont give you a temp reading you have a broken wire
