Pros
Great for a sore neck or back. Great heat if needed and massages like a live missus. Only reason i rated it 4/5 for pain relief is because the rotator slows down when i press it hard but they still spin.
Gifted to my husband for christmas last year. It comes with a travel bag and a car charger. The carrying bag is a bonus to keep things organized!
Cons
Le masseur n'a pas duree longtemps. Do not believe 2 yrs warranty. Emailed the seller multiple times but haven't received any response.
I'm not sure if the wiring loosen inside the arm when using. Made sure the connection was snapped in all the way and nothing. The battery is dead now and it can not work when plugging in.

Easy to use, very durable and great quality.
However, a few months after i purchased it, there was an issue with the charging.
Also i wouldnt be bringing the massager with me anywhere with the cord.

At this price, i really have nothing bad to say about it.

Bonus that it came the next day cause it was eligible for one day shipping where we live.

The belt stop charging after one year but i reached costumer services of etekcity and they responded very quickly and i will get a replacement
