Pros

Integration into the amazon alexa system is seamless. The app is easy to use and has plenty of options. Seamless integration with alexa and very easy app to program and control.

Alexa works every time. No problems with install or wifi connection.

There was a lot of joining to do in a small box. Great products. Will be buying more. Definitely love this product tho.

These switches are well made and are of solid quality. If you can swap out a electrical switch then this is a great addition to a automated house.

One dimmer switch, one standard switch and a couple plug adapters. Easy to connect to wifi.

Cons

The switch is constantly un-pairing and i have to go through the whole process to reset and re-pair it over and over again. The smart feature is virtually useless. Will not connect to iphone unable to reset using bluetooth or wi-fi.

Have two homes with multiple etekcity smart plugs which work great with alexa and google.

Replaced a previous, another brand switch, with etekcity switch.

I bought a couple of etekcity wifi plugs and they worked very well.

I've had nothing but good luck with my etekcity wifi switches and have no desire to go back to my previous brand.
