Pros
Magnetic base is strong enough to carry the weight of the lantern on 1 magnet. The magnet in the base is good, as are the handles, which fold into the sides and prevent accidental opening. Recommend product and retailer.
Easy to use, and quite luminous, sufficient for a large area. Hand sized with tremendous illumination in its highest setting.
The led camping lantern does what it is advertised. Brighter that other led camping light in the price range. I wish the led can change from soft white to cool white or daylight.
Cons
The dimmer switch still doesn't shut off the light completely. There's no way the seals are making this thing even water resistant. Total dollar store junk.

You can change the brightness by pushing a button or by not extracting the lantern much from the outer shell
