Review is for the 15 amp mini plug. Easy to set-up and control from iphone app. Just ordered another 15 amp outlet to monitor acttic fan.
On ios devices just select device and swipe left - there will be options, including delete. These are pretty good, reliable devices.

Cons
Setting up the app is a major issue. They indicate they are off, but what i plugged into the outlet is still on. All i can do is turn my lamp on and off manually.
This is a huge safety hazard, considering it actually clicks and should be disconnecting the power flow to the outlet. This is not mentioned anywhere. I am glad i didn't have this one for our basement heater or something or it could have been disastro... Read More

Quality
The product works almost instantly when i shout out at alexa to alexa - turn off the bedroom lights.
I never had an issue with the outlet again.
I just bought a nissan leaf that i charge with the plain old 120v wall outlet.
Upon reading the reviews it seems to me like people are having problems with the network/wifi not the actual plug.
Price
To be honest it is a good product for the price.
Update: etekcity is a very good example for customer service.
Competitiveness
I am mostly happy with etekcity products, they work exactly as they are supposed to at a good price compared to other smart home items.
I am a smart home developer and etekcity products are my go to's.
I am now an etekcity fanboy and won't be buying any more wemo products.
First, let me say that it is a little more difficult to connect to your wifi network than a wemo.

A little bulky and only fits on the bottom plug

If you plug it into the top then it blocks you from plugging anything into the bottom
