Pros

This cable hangs off the side, and makes connection easy. Currently getting 100+ mbps. It also prevents wearing out the connector on the mic cord and the radio.

This cable works perfectly. Absolutely does everything it is advertised to do. Worked like a charm. Works as predicted and as advertised.

Cons

This is particularly deceiving because the product photos clearly show the twisted pairs individually shielded with foil. Plugged in and did not get any connection on either side. Would not work.
