My old shampoo had 17 ingredients mostly soaps and salts with only 2 natural safe ingredients 9 honeysuckle extract aloe barbadensis leaf

In contrast this ethique bar has 17 ingredients none of which are environmentally destructive soaps 7 are natural ingredients including cocoa seed butter coconut oil lime oil cinnamon bark extract ginger root powder and epsom salt

One caution it is a very soft shampoo bar

So you have to set it up to dry after showering or it will stay soft and tend to melt
