Pros
It's not waterproof, but it dries really fast and it stays on all day. Even though my eyes are super fatty and oily, it stays all day!
It's a great pen liner for a cheap price, and it does a stunning job. The lines are really easy to build and control, and the color is pretty opaque so it needs usually once or twice sweep through.
Cons
It's dried out and doesn't go on easily. When i finally manage to get a bit out and apply, it hardly lasts an hour because it's consistently flaking off. All dried out- and ineligible for return.

The kat von d is made in korea as well, has the same packaging, and same oz.
Competitiveness
I've been looking for a good liquid eyeliner for a loooong time, nothing works for me, but this does!
The brush is soft and will not hurt your eyes unlike some eyeliners that i've tried.

The black one writes so well and easily but this brown one is kind of dry i have to draw almost parallel to my lashline for it to show up

Stila eyeliner and etude eyeliner are only eyeliners that dont give me panda eyes

Definitely smears with water and will easily come off with makeup remover

Edit its been about a month and ive found that application becomes more difficult with timeusage

Consistent and rather aggressive shaking of the eyeliner will be needed to maintain the saturation of makeup in the brush otherwise it doesnt flow as smoothly and leaves less precise lines that you will have to go over a second or third time to get right

I have a mono lid and i have had such a difficult time with finding an eyeliner that wont smudge onto my bottom lid and make me look like a stripper or like i just came out of the club
