Top coat is effective if applied correctly. Works perfectly with my non waterproof mascara. Prevents humidity and rain from dissolving mascara and uncurling my eyelashes. Also helps the smudging of the waterproof mascara as well.

This is the best clear coat mascara i have used.
This stuff is cool because it really does apply a thick coating to your eyelashes and eyebrows to combat smudging.
It’s hassle free and leaves my eyelashes curled!
You would need to adjust the curling part to not have that residue come off but after mastering that this product is great!

For best results i apply a thin layer directly to the lashes and while its still wet i apply my mascara
