I have dry, very sensitive, eczema-prone skin, and i've had no problems with this product!
Overall, i would definitely recommend this product.
I am a triple review type of person for the rating to get high or low through my process using the product.
It's pretty good in efficacy, but the tatcha version takes off my waterproof eye makeup a little better.
Price
It rinses off much quicker than many others i've tried and the amount you receive for the price is awesome.
However, price is little expensive than original korea price.
And it's about half the price for more product than ciz.
Shipping
Shipping is not always the best and the box around the oil came damaged.
Packaging/appearance
The shipping is also super fast and the packaging is unique!
Competitiveness
I've found more value in etude house cleansing oil than in several pricier brands so far.
I absolutely love this product-hope they never take it off the market.
I tried other iconic and expensive cleansing oils from shu uenura to dermalogica.

The only thing that it doesnt get all of every time is eyeliner or mascara at the base of the lashes
