This product works like a charm for my oily problem.
But im super happy is gently for my sensitive skin , im totally in love with this product.
Mine didnt come with the cotton pads though that sucked a little .
Packaging/appearance
I really love the packaging and how the pump works.
You flip up the lid, take your cotton pad, and press down on the top of the bottle.
It then sucks up the liquid into the cotton.
Competitiveness
I have sensitive skin and suffer from roscea.
I went with this toner as someone else had recommended it against a pricier brand.
