Works like a charm! Same goes for the actual japanese brand name one (starts with a “sh”) but for a fraction of the cost, i’ll continue to buy this one. Recommend this product.
The scent is nice, not overpowering. It's difficult for me to identify in order to compare it to something, but i guess it maybe has a cold cream/cucumber scent? Smells lovely, foams nicely.
Cons
The perfume in this is way too strong for someone with sensitive skin. Should not have that much fragrance in a cleanser for your face.

Just wish they went back to the old version which was thicker in consistency and cleaned better in my opinion.

It doesn’t help that i wear make up and everything i have used does not get rid of all of the make up and on top of that dries my skin out like crazy no matter what moisturizer i use
