These are not designed to rattle your head. The only thing i've found is that if i'm chewing gum, then the pressure in my ears changes quite a bit and it can be annoying. The in ear monitors deadens out those annoying loud motorcycle pipes.

The er3xr earbuds stop working after 5 times of use. For a 107$ product this is borderline unacceptable. No bass to be heard unless you are damaging your ears with loudness. They crackle when the cable brushes against your shirt. Despite all the glowi... Read More

Cable are fairly easily tangled up, but they are the worst in this aspect.
Price
This is a value king at 100 price point.
I also purchased a faael 80 ohm impedance adapter here on amazon for $7 that i would highly recommend.
Try to wait for a sale if you can, part of the price you are paying is for the etymotic prestige.
It's just not possible at this price point.
