All the features are great, the one we use the most is the cycle camera feature and it can be set to like 5, 10, and 15 seconds i think.
After these steps, my camera and monitor now have matching firmware and work great.
After about 2 years of constant use, and rough and tumble care from my youngest who is into everything, our handheld component went out.
After loading once, the camera would not turn on (no beep when i pressed the button while trying to pair).

I was going to leave a 4-star review but the customer service helped us immediately and sent us a new monitor and it's been perfect.
But i called customer service, got through to a live person in less than two minutes, and edgar walked me through the process very quickly.

This one is slimmer which is nice but the kickstand in the back is difficult to pull out and they have removed the zoom button so if you want to zoom in you have to go through a few steps on the menu
