They are approximately 2 7/8" high x 2 7/8" wide squarish, stick out almost 1 inch from the sticker backing, and have a teeny 1/4 inch plastic sensor dome sticking out towards the front on the upper face above the frosted plastic light cover, so the lights are pretty small & unobtrusive.  Read Less
