The instructions on the purchase page are very useful. Form factor is perfect - super easy to grab and go. Highly recommend this product.
The remote and collar are rechargeable so i don't have to change batteries out. The battery holds a charge and so do the collars. Usb-c charging connection is useful.
The sensor is a little big for small dogs 15lbs or less, but it works great. The collar is adjustable and could fit a very small dog to a very large dog. Most training collars are bulky and heavy.
The design is sleek and modern. The fill is more luxurious than others on the market. The new design of the remote also makes it easier to see the battery level and shock level while in direct sunlight.
Cons
After 2 months of use, the rubber covers on the shock prongs ripped off leaving this collar useless. Auto shut off on the collar everytime i need to make a correction. Stop treating your customers with such incompetence.

With the collar on 4, i had to use the correction precisely twice.
The build quality of the remote is less durable than the patpet.
Price
Perfect dog collar, can’t believe the price.
Packaging/appearance
I had to take off the shock nipples in the past, rendering my other collar useless when it's needed.
The system is almost a direct copy of the patpet system with a few exceptions.
Competitiveness
Not a concise review, but overall i recommend it and i love eufy products.
Says it works 1,000ft away, which is all you should expect for the price.

I almost never use the shock feature but i’ve done it accidentally a couple times with other collars and i feel like the worst mama in the world
