Ours has held up very well over 3 years of use, and the brush and filter come out for easy cleaning.
The eufy is excellent for our smooth surface floors and for low-pile carpet.
I am able to restart it after cleaning it and turning its power button off then on.
Design flaw for sure so hopefully it’s been corrected in newer models.
Price
At this price range, i feel that i get my money worth as long as it continues to work for at least one year.
