Pros

The video/audio quality is fantastic and this is a great price for an add-on camera. Picture quality is the same as the 4k solar ones, but the night vision seems slightly better on this one than the solar battery ones.

Live viewing is available through eufy's app. No subscription fees - a huge plus. It makes my backyard more secure and convenient.

Installation is fast, and the camera records well. Easy to setup and the installation guide makes that clear. Free up connection space, and maintain all features, by selecting a lower recording resolution.

This is pretty close to home security camera perfection. This is a good wired camera that pairs and works well with the eufy himebase 3. Overall, this is superior than arlo, ring security camera.

Cameras are capable of facial recognition. Cross-camera tracking is a game-changer for overall security. Allows for seamless monitoring of people and objects as they move from one camera's view to another.

Cons

They only do email they waste time asking for invoices proof of purchase serial numbers. I get better quality and performance from my reolink camera which actually has functional colored night vision which does not turn on the spotlight. What does hav... Read More

They are exactly what i was looking for 24/7 recording and the video quality is pretty good normally.

Very happy with the e330 cameras i have.

Even after countless adjustments the lorex app was giving nonstop false alarms.

The build quality of the eufy seems to also be above average and design looks good.

Competitiveness

I have tried my fair share of surveillance cameras for both home and business use and have found eufy is the best option.

The reason why this edges out some of the other cameras is because the false alarms see to be less overall relative to say arlo.

Installation, instructions and app set up are decent and on par with most competitors.

I really think lorex is way behind when comparing to these more modern "ai" systems.
