The rechargeable part is actually quite excellent. Since it is solar powered, it makes things soooo much easier not having to worry about removing it and recharging a battery every few days.

Easy to set up and performs brilliantly. No system router is needed, just my wifi connection. Wifi range is quite good as it is a good distance from the camera to my eero router inside our house.

This camera claims to never need to be recharged as it will get continuous power from the built in solar panel. This camera has a solar charger that doesn't always charge. The solar panel is laughable. It's not obstructed from sun.

Camera connects to my router when it wants, and when it does, sometimes it doesn't event detect people that have come close to the motion zone. Someone has to walk within 8 feet of the camera before it detects motion and gives an alert.

This one either misses things or appears to sleep where i have to reboot it to wake it up. It goes offline frequently and shows that it has lost the connection. When this happens it is difficult to get them to reconnect.

Returned item for refund. Wasted my time and money. Like to get a refund. And their warranty is worse if you don't buy directly from them.
