Fingerprint option is a life saver when you have a lot of stuff in your hand. Took my husband about 20 minutes to install. Only drawback is this particular model can't have access granted remotely.

The key is etched with the word lock. Operation is quick my old keypad lock would take forever to operate. Can use cell phone, fingerprint, key or code to lock and unlock.

I appreciate they have this system with batteries rather than rechargeable. There's the occasional error in human detection (spots my rocking chair or porch post) and sometimes misses things altogether.

The battery dies after 3 days, gives no warning that battery is low. I have to tap my finger on the sensor several times for it to register. Reset the lock multiple times to no avail.

Todays homes demand integration and eufy falls short. Feels like a scam and amazon should take note of it. This is a huge safety hazard.

Everything moves freely when it's disassembled. We often have to forcefully manipulate the inside knob numerous times to get it to release.
