Pros

Fingerprint reader is quick! The app is easy to use. Google integration is nice. I feel like a doorbell button could have been added.

The only issue i have is that i wish the lock would have a constant notification on the outside that would tell you if the door is locked or unlocked. The only other gripe is the loss of a plug to run the gateway, but it's hidden in my case. Cons:• ne... Read More

At the bottom of the app is a blue next button, this button is still greyed out and never activates. App takes several attempts to unlock.

Love this product the only thing i can complaint about is that the lock is falling off after less than 3 months!

Another great product from the anker family.

I do have trouble with the fingerprint option after work days but nurses are notoriously difficult to print.

I’m a 70 year old woman and installed the eufy smart lock touch in an hour.

Competitiveness

I own other eufy products and having one app for everything just keeps it simple.

I have tried 3 other smart locks (simplisafe and 2 different kwikset locks) and i finally settled on this one.

You have to download eufy app to set up.
