Pros
The lock itself works amazing. It works like a charm. Only complaint is that it failed to lock securely after i use the lock button. I'm very satisfied with the product and it's functions.
August has a nice feature that will unlock your phone based on proximity. Many ways to unlock.
Finger print scans are fast. Features like auto lock, custom codes for specific people, finger print reader.
The lock looks awesome and the feel of lock/unlock movement is quite solid. And very nice for the dog sitter. It is very sturdy and i do feel it can stop your average force entry.
It also has pinafore for a code, or even an actual key if the batteries happen to die. Wish it had come with a scannable key card/fob.
Cons
The wifi bridge shows in the app, but it will not connect. Would not lock remotely.
It's detaching on the bottom left and the top right as well. Tried to blame it on my internet provider or router. Ended up boxing it all and have to send it back.

Easy to install, smooth operation of lock, and rechargeable battery that will hopefully last a long time.
The app is easy to useupdate: working great and the battery life seems solid
5 years the lock dead and we changed new batteries.
Then started experiencing connectivity issues, battery constantly running low, water damage again (known issue).
Price
The locks are a good value if you get them on sale they are a great option to let friends or family into your home.

Only after that will they ship the piece out to you.

I found the battery pack that needs to be installed and realized it didn't come with the usb charger in the box.
