Pros
The box and packaging are very high quality, reflecting what is inside. It is sturdy and easy to install.
Locking right around 30 seconds, sometimes it needs 2-3 presses, or need to press the keypad to lid that up. The battery is great and i love that it’s rechargeable rather than always having to buy new ones.
The eufy delivered on all those and more. For us. All very worthwhile. Here's the breakdown.
Cons
Keeps telling me failed to connect to bluetooth. When that happens there is an ungodly loud alarm that states please charge battery. Fingerprint enrollment gives me errors/ fails.
When i use the app to make sure my front door is locked/unlocked, it always tells me the opposite of what it truly is. Topping it off, another black friday banner is embedded in the app.
The only thing going for it is no monthly fees. Garbage for the price. That's ridiculous for a $200 lock.
This company feels like a scam. It's a shame they don't hold up. I used to recommend them all the time, now i tell everyone steer clear.

This is a solid, heavy duty unit that feels like it will last.

It suddenly started to loose wifi connection draining the battery in just a few days.
Battery is at 50% after 4 months.
Price
It was $280 and with my gift card so it was a no-brainer to buy.
For this price of $159 on prime day, you can't pass it up!
I had a $200 best buy gift card and didn't know too much about smart locks and this is the only one they had.
Shipping
They were prompt with the email replies and i didn't have to wait too long for a replacement.
Packaging/appearance
Would be nice if it came in antique bronze or something less in your face.
Competitiveness
I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to the more well-advertised brands.

This unit replaced an older kwikset lock that still worked well except it began to drain the batteries to quickly
