Pros & Cons
Pros
The dcard has 3 yrs of battery so you never have to charge it. This is much thinner than an airtag and does not leave that unsightly bump in your pocket. Super slim and look awesome.
The set up is literally so easy a toddler could do it. With just a few clicks, it works seamlessly. It had been rained on several times.
The eufy smarttrack card is a slim, credit card-sized tracker that integrates with apple's find my network. The tracker is small and slim (but doesn’t fit in all wallet card slots), and was easy to setup.
Eufy alerts you when you leave your wallet behind. Notifications go to both my iphone and iwatch. Installing the app will give you access to firmware updates.
Cons
The inability to change or recharge the battery means i now have a useless plastic card after only 2 months. Map location capabilities are pretty much non-existent. Tile lacks find my compatibility, but it’s devices are way more reliable.
The eufy smarttrack card is not worth the trade. I like anker products and search them out before any other brand, but this is a huge miss for me. Hopefully apple introduces a slimmer option to replace this product. I have been offered a full refund f... Read More

Price
Bought this on sale and so far it works really well with the iphone "find my" app.
Shipping
Update: eufy response was fast and they sent a replacement to 2 days.
Competitiveness
However, i do wish it had the same level of precision as apple's airtags when it comes to locating items.

My fix which is ridiculous i have to do it was to cut two small pieces of the soft side of a piece of self adhesive velcro and attach on both sides of the button not on the button so it creates just enough gap that the button wont get pushed from pressure in wallet while sitting

I don’t really know of any customer service that comes to you instead of you having to call plead your case wait wait some more and maybe get it solved

Because a company with this great of customer service believes in their product and has nothing gain by selling a bad product and going out of their way to replace it
