It appears that they have set planned obsolescence on their devices for them to start failing as soon as the warranty is over. Also, today there was no one to answer the tech support line --we're too busy.

Software is very flakey. Motion detection even when set to the higher setting not always detects subjects right away. Motion sensor is weak.

The solar panel however must be mounted in direct sunlight. It is always low on battery or it depletes and takes day to charge. That’s like once every week and still battery depleted. This is a real issue with their entire line of solar powered camera...  Read More
