Pros

The homebase s380 has an integrated chime, so a separate chime is unnecessary. This video chime also accommodates the expanded memory for the e340 doorbell. The chime works well as soon as you add the device to the eufy app.

Cons

Eufy's customer service * as well, as i was on hold for 30 minutes before i hung up. May have to request a complete refund. The chime is a minibase.
