Pros

The included chime works well. It has about 10 different ring tones and 3 intensity settings. Integration for video display and chime with alexa works.

The video quality is really sharp and the colors are crisp. The picture quality is outstanding from both the package camera and the person camera. The night vision isn't the best, but it's decent.

Connecting this to your home wireless network could be interesting. It's not ideal, but it does work seamlessly now. Easily added a 4 tb samsung ssd to the eufy home base.

Cons

The integration with alexa is slow! Tech support is a joke including the chat support. They heavily use untested ai that just spits out useless information.

Very easy to install and works great!

The sound quality is decent and you can see great at night.

After one month, i have used only 32% of the storage, and when it is full, new videos overwrite the oldest videos.

It records several seconds before and after it detects someone aproaching or pushing the doorbell button.

Price

Eufy dual camera s330 is well worth tge price.

This one has local storage of videos so no more cloud storage fees which is great.

Nest is up to like $80 a year.

This meant i needed about $300 to regain the service adding both the failed hardware cost plus the new subscription price.

They responded quickly, guided me through the troubleshooting process, and ensured the issue was resolved.

I contacted eufy customer service and was thoroughly impressed with the support i received.

Love the fact that it is not subscription-based like many other brands out there.

The video recording is similar to ring.

So it’s working and picking up more than skybell did.

Next on my list will be the reolink, i have heard the app isn't as good as the eufy.
