Pros
The battery is charged via any type of c charger, so piece of cake. Bought this as a replacement for yet another faulty blink doorbell.
Cons
Just wait a few days and it will disconnect. Won’t link to the wifi nor will it allow me to factory reset using the methods supplied by eufy’s support team.
I'm fairly it literate and none of these actions have resolved the problems highlighted. Invariably the issue has not been addressed still within 2 straight days of contacting. Returned eufy for a refund via amazon and continued using ring.
Minibase chime seems to be non existent for purchase, and trying to add one in the app causes the app to *. The only thing that works is the doorbell ringing on alexa but without any images.
Camera quality at night is not brilliant unless you opt for higher power drain colour mode. Save your money and go for a hard wired system.

I cancelled my subscription after the latest unjustified price hike earlier this year.
To say for the price you pay for this item i'd say its well worth the money.
Plus, after the initial fee, there's no on-going costs.
Shipping
It arrived promptly and easy to set up and mount.
Packaging/appearance
The video shows the product being unpacked.
There was a mounting frame in the box to angle the doorbell aswell.
Competitiveness
Unlike other companies, no subscription charges and by adding a homebase, you are able to add an additional chime and storage.
To/3m1kxx0 all other models from eufy are not compatible.
I have no experience with other makes offerings, but some others seem to offer more features.

The only external chime that is compatible with e340 is from eufy and called the minibase chime httpsamzn
